Hey there!

I'm Elise! I'm a freelance animator and illustrator currently living in Aberdeenshire, Scotland.
And this is my cat, Merlin

Yep, good old Scotland! Where the weather is always lovely and it NEVER rains.

Oh but this isn't Scotland

I lived in Scotland up until 7 years old, in which my family and I moved to Prague. I went to two different British schools during our 8 years in Prague before moving back home to Scotland again.

Once back in Scotland again I attended Gordonstoun for my final 4 years of school, and I learnt a LOT. I developed more confidence, improved my time managment skills, improved my physical and mental stamina, and most importantly learnt to be a posh twat.

Oh... and "plus et en vous" I guess

I'm not kidding when I say my physical endurance improved at school, though! You should have SEEN me during our house Expeditions. I was always at the very front of the group, leading the way. Yep, there was no beating me!

I've been animating for a long time now. I started out as most people my age did, with Flipnote Hatena on the DS.

I was about 4 when I got a DS, so TECHNICALLY I started animating at 4 years old

Sooo yeah, I'm basically an animation prodigy

Hey! I won Young Animator of the Year! And I worked damn hard on my film so don't give me that. I even composed my own music!

Anyway... back to me

For the past couple of years I have worked as a freelancer online.

I also have a lot of creative hobbies outside of animation: watercolour, gouache, miniature building, sewing, interior design, playing the clarient, and so on...

I also enjoy hiking, sailing, skateboarding, dog training, travelling... oh and did I mention I'm a pilot?

Yeah, I really am just THAT cool...
